Intelligent routing
The right destination is not about quality alone
The class the AI assigns is the first factor — not the only one. For each piece, routing combines quality class, production plan, line state and destination behaviour in real time. Destination full? Production is diverted to where there is room, without stopping the line. One destination always filling and another always short? The percentages correct themselves.

Insights
The whole line becomes data
In three layers. The line flags when a neighbouring step drifts out of adjustment — deboning, trimming. The fault is corrected during the shift, not in tomorrow's report.
